We currently have nearly forty sheep in our flock. They are of various breeds and colours and many are available for adoption. You can adopt a sheep for £20 per year and this will help to provide feed, bedding as well as some basic healthcare requirements for the year. We’ll send out a quarterly newsletter about what’s happening at the sanctuary, a printable and personalised adoption certificate, plus exclusive pictures and detailed information about your chosen sheep. To minimise our costs and carbon footprint, all newsletters and communications will be in digital format.
When you have decided which sheep you’d like to adopt, please click their donate button to open the adoption payment window (this opens in a new tab). Please double check your information before completing the transaction as we cannot give refunds.
Please be sure to leave a contact email and the name of your chosen sheep as a message, so we can send you the detailed information and more pictures of your adopted sheep.
We’re hoping for new friends…

Feather
Feather was born in March 2016 and came to the Sanctuary in 2022 when her owner was no longer able to care for her.

Fairy
A pure bred Lleyn, Fairy was one of triplets born to a young ewe. Brought here to be bottle raised.

oor Smout 66
Smout is Ellie’s twin sister! Unusual name? Indeed, she was named in memory of a dear Twitter friend.

Blue
Blue arrived with Bonnet and her Mother Belle, faced with the same fate, being too old to breed from.

Adele
Adele is a pedigree Blue Faced Leicester and one of triplets. She arrived with half-sister Alia.

Foxy
A busy year! Foxy arrived in 2013, one of twin lambs whose mother could not feed due to mastitis.

Lucinda
Lucinda arrived with mom Coral in 2019. She’s assured of a lifelong home here at the Sanctuary.
